ADVISORY

Through our vast strategic avenues, we offer Technical & Commercial Advisory services across the project’s life cycle, from late-stage development through to operational phase. In addition to technical insight on solar plants, we provide feasibility studies, financial modelling, procurement risk assessment, financial structuring and financing options for Utility, Commercial & Industrial scale power plants.

ENERGY PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

a collaborative approach with local and international developers

We selectively target project development opportunities based on our substantial project development experience and aim to add value through a collaborative approach with local and international developers and investors. We intend to mitigate the developers’ main constraints in raising project finance by deploying funding for the implementation of the projects. In addition, we are looking to partner with property investment groups that intend to reduce energy costs and increase rental yields.

O&M

We have a dedicated contract with a reputable company with experts in O&M for power plants, offering a full Range of plant monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance services backed
by appropriate contractual guarantees.

EPC

We have a panel of pre – selected EPC contractors who provide a complete turn- key solar power solution for commercial, industrial, and utility – scale PV projects.
This allows REP to offer:

  • Full Turn-key EPC responsibility
  • Optimized in-house engineering & design
  • Procurement Strategy based on approved tier 1 suppliers
  • Energy storage integration and hybrid solutions
  • Electrical substations and grid interconnections

SOLUTIONS

The solutions available can either include a power purchase agreement (“PPA”) or a master rental agreement (“rental agreement”). The terms of either agreement will depend on the rates charged to the client by the current Energy provider. The period ranges between 10-20 years. Both solutions will be an off-balance sheet to the client with monthly/rental agreed upfront with the client.
